We manufacture high-performance photovoltaic modules for large-scale power plants and EPC across India and Europe, while also catering to the B2C market with our highly sought-after DCR modules using an advanced production line. Production Process

Tabber & Stringer

In this stage, solar cells are soldered together with precision. Maintaining accurate soldering time and temperature is crucial for cell durability.

Lamination

The PV panels five layers are stacked and heated to 150°C for 8 minutes before being pressed into a single unit. The same machine then cools the panel before framing. Emmvee is the first in Asia to use a Multi-stack Laminator, ensuring superior performance and a 25-year warranty.

Framing

Excess material is trimmed, and all four sides of the panel are taped. The framing machine then secures the frame for structural stability.

Flashing

A junction box is attached, and the panel undergoes 100% in-line testing to measure output. Qualified panels are graded, packed, and stored for dispatch.
